Such an incredible place to live! Not only are all the amenities really nice - pool, coffee shop, work spaces, and the gym, Novel is also in a great location. There’s lots to do, close to the Bees stadium and new downtown Daybreak, the Daybreak dog park, and the mountains.
Sigifredo is a great manager and makes sure this place is running smoothly and well taken care of.
Apartment life hosts amazing events here and I’ve been so lucky to meet lifelong friends from living here!

I just moved from Novel Daybreak, and it was the first and only complex I’ve ever been sad to leave. The reason for not renewing the lease was because I was buying my first house; otherwise, I was planning to stay no doubt! The management team (Thank you Sigifredo, Ester, Dave!) is by far the best I’ve come to experience at any apartment, always working to better the community and the experiences of its residents. I was amazed and impressed with their consistent efforts and communication and kindness. The maintenance staff was top notch and completed orders quickly and efficiently. The complex and Apartment Life hosts events every month for residents and their family/friends that are always fun and lovely! Thank you Novel for making the past year my best home to date! My dog and I are grateful for our time at the complex and it will be missed greatly!

Novel Daybreak is definitely one of kind place to call home! I just renewed my lease and happy to do so-beautiful location, with great indoor and outdoor luxury amenities, fun community events on a monthly basis. The community grounds is always very well maintained. Highly recommend Novel Daybreak as a place to call home. Sigifredo is our community manager and staff are all awesome-keep up the great work!

I absolutely love living at Novel Daybreak! The community is always beautifully maintained, and I truly appreciate how clean and welcoming everything feels. One of the highlights for me is the consistent effort to bring neighbors together—every month there are 3 to 4 fun and thoughtful events that make this place feel like home.
The amenities are fantastic — from the bike rentals to the kayaks and other outdoor gear, everything is thoughtfully designed to encourage an active, enjoyable lifestyle. You really feel like you’re living in a place that cares about your well-being and experience.
A special thanks to Sigifredo Pizana, the incredible manager of the community. He is approachable, kind, and always gets things done efficiently. You can really feel that he cares about the residents and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Thank you for making Novel Daybreak such a wonderful place to live!
